HELPFUL INFO

  • Meters are read every other month. The month your meter is not read it is estimated by taking an average of the last 12 months.
  • Bills are mailed at the end of every month and due by the 15th of the following month. Your bill must be received by the 15th. A late fee of 10% is assessed on the 16th.  We are not responsible for lost/late mail.
  • Water bills that are 60 days past due will have service disconnected after the 15th. If service is disconnected the entire bill plus a $75 reconnect fee must be paid in full.  Payment must be Online, by phone (833-863-5374), or by Cash or Money order in dropbox. Payments must be made before 3:30 p.m. to have service restored that business day.
  • As of 8-1-2019 we no longer have double or triple users. Only one dwelling per meter.
